Returns Policy
We hope you love all your purchases from Home & Clan.
Please choose carefully as we do not allow for change of mind returns for custom orders, furniture, bedding, books, oversized lighting (inc floor lamps), shades, seasonal items (including Christmas & Easter) or lay-bys.
We offer an exchange on other items provided they are unused & returned within 7 days (with shipping at buyers expense) in as-new condition with proof of purchase.
If an item is damaged in transit, please email us within 24 hours with photos and details.

Timeframe
Our fabric stock levels are changing daily based on new client orders. Fabrics can be in stock at H&C, in stock at Australian mills, or in stock at European or American mills. Fabric delivery can be between 2 days – 4 weeks depending on the source of your chosen fabric.
We will keep you updated along the way so you always know how your custom creation is tracking.
